Yog-Sothoth. The thought of something lurking beyond time and space, seeing and knowing everything and all in existence at any given time, is deeply unsettling and yet fascinating. This outermost, outerworldly feeling is being transported in a good way. Part 1 is good, but Part 2 indeed sounds like I would imagine The Lurker at the Threshold to feel, if he felt anything. An outerworldly, cosmic and desolate piece of dark ambient.

Cold reverberations ripple the length of an abyssal, desolate landscape, reminding us of all that we once had, and lost. The ghosts of our long dead ancestors reach out with emaciated hands. But for what? Fogiveness? Redemption? In all seriousness, this is beautiful album, and while it might nestle comfortably within the dark ambient stable, this is anything but a cold experience. It's warm, enveloping; like settling back with an electric blanket wrapped around you on a cold winter evening.
